My Approach to Therapy
Hannah is a Clinical Mental Health Counseling Intern who is passionate about helping clients cultivate healthier relationships with themselves and others. She believes that healing begins in a space where clients feel accepted, supported, and empowered to be their authentic selves. Hannah approaches counseling with empathy, curiosity, and the belief that every person has the capacity for growth and meaningful change.
With a background in child development and education, Hannah has extensive experience supporting adolescents and young adults through periods of transition and personal growth. Her areas of interest include anxiety, depression, self-esteem, life transitions, stress management, and relationship concerns. She provides counseling services under the supervision of Angela Hayes and looks forward to walking alongside clients as they work toward their goals.
