Supportive and collaborative group for adults 21+ with ADHD to build skills, learn strategies, and process the common issues around ADHD
Each week will focus on a different topic, with information, skills, and processing members experiences. Topics include:
-Understanding the ADHD brain
-Time management/time blindness
-Working with your attention span
-Task switching strategies
-Self Compassion and Self Advocacy
-Disorganization and prioritization
-Restlessness and boredom
-Shame and coping with emotion
-Social skills and relationship supports

Finding Your Zen: Adult Emotion Regulation Skills/Support
Join us for a small interactive small group to understand the nervous system, how it might be working against you and how to regain control. We will be learning, sharing, supporting one another and practicing regulation skills.
-Learn the basics about the nervous system and dysregulation.
-Gain and practice regulation tools to relieve stress and anxiety.
-Better regulation improves communication, emotional awareness and relationships.
-A calmer, more intentional approach to workplace through improved regulation.
Class involves movement, stretching, mediation, breath work etc.
By the end of the series, each participation should have curated their own personal nervous system regulation toolkit.
Class is held at Round Rock Yoga in Downtown Round Rock.
